Instrument and data information:

Temperature: Highs and lows are measured from midnight to midnight
Ave Temperature Past Hour: The average temperature from the previous hour.

Heat Index: A value calculated from the temperature and humidity. It is what it feels like to the human body. If the air temperture is below 75, then the heat index is the same as the temperature.
Ave Heat Index Past Hour: The average heat index from the previous hour.

Wind direction: The 8 cardinal compass points with the numbers in parentheses indicating the compass value of 360 degrees. The values represent the direction the wind is coming from (looking or pointing into the wind).

Wind speed: Values are the first second of the minute reading in MPH. The peak wind reading is the highest wind reading since midnight up to and including the first second of the current minute packet.
Pk Wind Past 10 min: Highest wind speed in the last 10 minutes"
Pk Wind Today: Highest wind speed since midnight"

Rain and Rain rate: The rain is measured in inches while the peak rain rate is the value of inches per hour sampled over a moving 10 minute window.

Barometer: The atmospheric pressure corrected to sea level in inches of mercury.

Dew Point: The temperature at which air being cool would reach a relative humidity of 100%.

Relative Humidity: The ratio in percent of the amount of moisture in a set volume of air as compared to how much moisture the air could hold at the current temperature value in that same volume.
